In case you are not satisfied with the services provided you are able to request a refund within first 5 days after initial payment. Please contact The Company’s Customer Support in this case. Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days and replied to in a timely manner. For the certain objective reasons (e.g. not authorized payment, not verified account) and to its own discretion, The Company has the right to make a refund of funds received within any period of time after initial payment made.

Please note that any violations of The Company Customer Agreement or Partner Agreement or any other legal regulations cannot be a subject to refund request. The same applies to any profits or losses received as a result of your trading activity.

The refunded amount will be deposited to your card in case the account was funded by the debit or credit card. In case the account has been funded with other means, the refunded amount by default will be deposited to the same payment account and by the same payment system from which the initial payment has been made. The refund payment can be made due to the tailored instructions from the client’s side if they are considered reasonable and affordable by the Company and the account beneficiary is the same as in the initial payment. Crediting and withdrawal of funds from the account can be performed only be the holder of this account.

The Company shall make the funds withdrawal within the five business days after refund claim approved. The Company does not guarantee any time limits for funds’ transfer as it depends on payment system used or bank formalities.
